The founders of  PeopleForce have over 15 years of industrial
engineering experience in improving workplace productivity,
process planning and improvement, and work flow optimization.
While working in contact center performance management, they
found a need to rate the objective performance of Customer Service
Representatives (CSR's), thus resulting in the creation of this unique
performance management solution.
