

GK Bansal, President & Co-Founder
Gajender (GK) Bansal’s first role in the contact center industry was as an
Industrial Engineer with SABRE Inc., a subsidiary of American Airlines. His
other industrial engineering experience includes five years with Ford
Motor Company where he completed the company’s Engineering
Management Training Program and applied industrial engineering and
process planning and evaluation in a manufacturing environment, and with
UPS where he conducted volume forecasting, staffing and analysis as part
of the business planning team. This experience reinforced his innate
ability to observe statistical trends, understand them, and apply
mathematical and statistical models to data analysis.
He continued to build his experience in contact centers, most recently
serving as manager of workforce planning with Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of Rhode Island, and before that as performance team leader for PCF, a
circulation company handling work for The New York Times and The
Boston Globe.
Mr. Bansal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial
Engineering (Summa cum Laude) from Thapar Institute of Engineering &
Technology in India, one of India’s top ten engineering universities, and a
Masters degree in Business Administration in International Business
(Summa cum Laude) from Johnson and Wales University, in Providence,
RI.
Nancy Brant, Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Nancy Brant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and
Marketing, and an Executive MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Her
career has evolved in sales and marketing management functions for
small to medium-sized manufacturers and channel partners where her
talents have been showcased in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. As a
Director of International Sales and Marketing she handled P&L
responsibility and routinely negotiated contracts in the range of a half
million dollars. She specializes in marketing technical products in a
business-to-business sales environment. Her experience includes
management and execution of advertising and trade show budgets.
